Protecting a common good
The Endowment Fund acts as trademark and intellectual property guardian of the Fresque du Climat, so that this educational tool, now recognized in more than 160 countries, remains a real common good at the service of the general interest.
To ensure the integrity and sustainability of Fresque, the Fund:
Its action consists of: creating the necessary conditions so that the association and local communities can effectively raise public awareness.
Specifically, the Fund:
Detains and manages intellectual property rights (brand, copyright, licensing) to ensure that the workshop is used in accordance with its values and scientific spirit.
Registers and protects the brand internationally, in its various translations, in order to avoid unauthorized or misused use.
Implement licensing and partnership agreements The European Commission will be responsible for the dissemination of the Fresque, whether it be the association of origin or national entities, ensuring a clear and coherent legal framework.
Monitors and defends tool integrityby intervening, if necessary, against misuse or contrary to the general interest.
By securing the Fresque du Climat, the Fund ensures that this common good remains accessible to all, faithful to its educational mission and capable of sustainable development, serving the global climate transition.
